Faidha Rajabu Mshana

Faidha Rajabu Mshana is an advocate of the High Court and Subordinate courts and was admitted to the bar in 2022. She is also a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society. She also serves as a Member of the Social Welfare Committee of her Chapter. Before joining the firm Faidha worked with Stanbic Bank of Tanzania as an intern in the Credit Department and her work was focused on compliance in relation to documentation for collateral securities such as debentures and mortgages, which work included preparation of the documents and filing at requisite registries. Before joining the Stanbic Bank she worked with Common Law Chamber as an Intern Advocate where she dealt with both criminal and civil litigation among other matters. She comes with unique banking experience and serves the Firm as an expert in the field. Her main areas of interest are banking and finance. She currently serves as an Advocate and handles all our banking clients’ needs in addition, handles all labour and corporate matters.

• Post Graduate Diploma in Law – Law School of Tanzania
• B Law – St Augustine University
